Concealed Carry Weapons (CCW) Courses for Missouri and Kansas are designed to meet the state classroom and range requirements for you to apply for a CCW permit with your local Sheriff’s office.

All our training is focused on getting you as much hands-on experience as possible to increase your familiarity with firearms, boost your confidence, and train you to master the essentials for when you really need them. Safety is our top priority, and we have never had an accident in the classroom or on the range. There are no hidden costs, and refreshments are provided. The classroom is new and spacious, and the shooting range is in a limestone cave, exclusively reserved for our use on class day. All instruction is in person, with a local practicing attorney joining us to discuss self-defense law in both our personal protection and concealed carry courses. We offer a variety of courses, and are confident that after taking the first one, you will want to come back to continue to improve your shooting and self-defense skills and make your home and family safer. We keep a low student to instructor ratio, giving you more one-on-one time with our instructors.
We offer both NRA and non-NRA courses. The National Rifle Association is considered the Gold Standard for firearms-related instruction, and all of our NRA courses include comprehensive NRA training materials, to include a spiral bound training manual, end of course exam, and a course certificate for all who meet NRA course completion standards. Student materials are included in the cost of the course. If you want to learn and practice to improve your skills rather than just get the basics, this training is for you.
Ray Graham is the owner/senior instructor of MatchPoint Firearms Training Academy. He is a retired U.S. Army Colonel with over 30 years of weapons training and experience, with two combat deployments to Iraq. Ray is also on the faculty of Webster University, Leavenworth Campus, and is a certified NRA Pistol Instructor and certified NRA Personal Protection Instructor. Since retirement, he has traveled to over 45 Army bases world-wide teaching anti-terrorism, force protection, and all-hazards emergency response.
